Andrea, Eros and Gianluigi are three entrepreneurs from the Veneto who share the same passion and vision of traditional gelato production in the Veneto region.

 

They decided to join their experience and personal skills in order to bring Gelateria Veneta to life: their aim is to produce a traditional homemade gelato, suited to the palates of a modern society.

The careful selection of ingredients, the scientific approach to the creation of flavors and in addition the high standard management of the “cool chain” process, form the pillars of our production based on years of experience whilst maintaining traditional, artisanal processes.

Andrea, Eros and Gianluigi are deeply connected to their traditions and cultural roots in the Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella area, and their aim is to establish themselves as the finset Venetian gelato producers in the world.
